라이프하우스의 시니어 패스터 로드 플러머, 비비안 플러머 모든 사람에게 하나님의 좋은 소식을 전하려는 열정이 가득한 개척자입니다. 일본 전역과 다른 나라에 있는 라이프하우스 교회들을 감독하고 있으며 오랜 시간동안 호주에서 목회하였고 태국, 필리핀, 인도네시아와 같은 여러 나라에서 다양한 교회 개척 프로젝트를 지도하였습니다.

리안은 홍콩과 호주에서 성장하였고, 2013년 라이프하우스 홍콩에 처음 출석하며 기독교인이 되었습니다.
2018년 라이프하우스 서울의 교회개척에 참여하기로 결심하였고, 2024년초에 목사로서의 사역을 시작하였습니다.
리안은 예수님의 사랑이 사람들의 삶을 변화시키고, 아름다운 도시 서울에 영향을 미치는 것에 큰 열정을 가지고 있습니다!
