Following Jesus’ Sacrifice at Easter
To commemorate Jesus’ victory over sin and death, and as a symbol of God’s great love for us humans, the first Sunday after the Paschal full moon is always celebrated as Easter. Easter is celebrated as the day of Jesus Christ’s resurrection from His death, which is commemorated three days after He was crucified.
