If there was such a thing as “financial planning based on biblical wisdom”, wouldn’t you want to hear about it?
Actually, the Bible teaches quite a lot about money. It warns us not to allow ourselves to be ruled by money, not to seek money first, or to think only about money. Instead, it tells us to live free of greed, to put God first in our finances, and to be able to share blessings with those around us. This “7 Steps to Financial Freedom” series is designed to help you put into practice the financial wisdom found in the Bible in our day and age.

Much of the practical wisdom shared here is based on what Dave Ramsey, an amazing Christian and renowned financial planner, has been sharing to help many people around the world achieve financial freedom.

So, are you ready to start walking in financial freedom? Putting into action the wisdom taught in this series will surely bring about a clear change in your life!

And what exactly are those 7 steps you can look forward to, you might ask?
Step One: Making a plan for your money-Set up a monthly budget.
Step Two: Making a basic emergency savings account.
Step Three: Paying off your debts (Borrowers are Slaves to Lenders)
Step Four: Set aside 3-6 months of emergency savings.
Step Five: Investing for the Future
Step Six: Being a good steward of God’s blessings
Step Seven: Build wealth, be generous to a degree, and leave a legacy

No matter what stage you are at financially right now, let’s work together to move forward from there, step by step, through this series.

Throughout history, God has been asking mankind to do one thing in terms of their finances.
And that is to be faithful.

You have been entrusted with many wonderful things, and money is one of them. Through that, you can be faithful. And in response to that, God entrusts many more wonderful things to our care. Until our time on this earth ends, why don’t we all walk together through this life, one in which we can listen to the words of our savior.

“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’ (Matthew 25:23, NIV)

And with that, please be looking forward to Step One!
